Fred McGriff

The Crime Dog, Fred McGriff signed this Beckett Baseball Card Monthly magazine in the mid 1990's at a celebrity golf tournament at East Lake Woodlands Golf Course, in Palm Harbor, Florida. Crime Dog compiled 493 career home runs and was the most consistent power hitter in my lifetime. I was so happy to see him FINALLY elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame on December 4, 2022, to become a member of the 2023 class!

 

Jim Kaat

On October 8, 2022 I mailed an 8x10 picture to 2022 Hall of Fame pitcher Jim Kaat requesting an autograph. 20 short days later, on October 28, 2022 it arrived back home signed and personalized! Beyond thrilled to have this in my collection!!

 

Dennis Lamp

I mailed Dennis Lamp a 1984 Topps baseball card on September 14, 2022 and received it back with his autograph on October 25, 2022 for a 41 day turn-around!

 

Bobby Valentine

I mailed this 1989 Topps baseball card to Bobby Valentine on September 7, 2022 and received it signed on October 24, 2022 for a 47 day turn around! Very happy to add Mr. Valentine to the collection!

 

Ron Kittle

 It only took 16 days to receive Ron Kittle's autograph in the mail! I sent him this 1989 Fleer baseball card on October 8th and it came back October 24, 2022! 

Johnny Damon

 I mailed a 2000 Crown Pacific baseball card to Johnny Damon on August 30, 2022. Johnny signed it for me and I received it back on October 22, 2022 for a 53 day turn around! Thank you Mr. Damon!!

Dave Dravecky

I mailed a 1993 Ted Williams baseball card to Dave Dravecky on August 29, 2022 requesting his autograph. 52 days later, on October 20, 2022 it arrived! Mr. Dravecky was a terrific pitcher, playing 8 seasons with the Padres and Giants. He totaled a win-loss record of 64-57 with a 3.13 ERA!

 

Pete O'Brien

I mailed Pete O'Brien this 1989 Fleer baseball card on September 8, 2022 and received it back 42 days later signed in blue on October 20, 2022!

 

Steve Garvey

Steve Garvey signed and personalized this 8x10 picture for me! I mailed it to him on August 26th and received it back 54 days later on October 19, 2022! The 1974 National League MVP is still waiting for his call to Cooperstown, which is long overdue, but I'm certain, the powers that be will one day acknowledge the impact he had on this great game. Steve holds the National League record for consecutive games played with 1,207. He was an all-star 10 times, along with 4 Gold Gloves, 2 NLCS MVP's, and 2 All-Star MVP's. Not only was Steve Garvey a Major League superstar, he was a guy that just did his job with passion. I'm thrilled to have this added into my collection!

 

Larry Walker

 On July 18, 2022 I mailed this 8x10 picture to 2020 Hall of Fame inductee Larry Walker requesting an autograph. I finally received it back signed and made out to me on Thursday October 6, 2022 for an 80 day turn around!! I know it only took 80 days, but it felt like years! So glad to add Mr. Walker into my collection! This guy was such a great hitter. I was so happy to see him finally make his place into the Halls of Cooperstown, which was long overdue! 

Don Gordon

I mailed Don Gordon a 1988 Topps baseball card on September 7, 2022 and received it back 27 days later on October 4, 2022. Big thanks to Mr. Gordon for the autograph!!

 

Dick Tracewski

This 1964 Topps card was mailed to Dick Tracewski on September 12, 2022 and was returned on Tuesday September 27, 2022 signed in blue! Thank you, Mr. Tracewski for adding to my collection!

 

Carl Erskine

 My son and I mailed these two 8x10 pictures to Carl Erskine on August 27, 2022 and received them back on September 26, 2022 for a 30 day turn around! Carl, the legendary Brooklyn Dodger, threw two of the seven no-hitters in the 1950's and also set a World Series record by striking out 14 batters in 1953! Mr. Erskine was also the first pitcher  to pitch for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1958! His total win loss record is 122-78 and pitched from 1948 to 1959. Very happy to add Carl Erskine into our collections!

Tom Newell

I mailed a 1988 Donruss baseball card to former Phillies pitcher, Tom Newell on September 12, 2022 and received it back on September 23, 2022 for an 11 day turn around!

I mailed this 1986 Topps Traded baseball card to Ed Vande Berg on September 12, 2022 and received it on September 23, 2022 for an 11 day turn around! 

 

Jose Canseco

I mailed this 8x10 picture to Jose Canseco and requested a personalized autograph on August 26, 2022 and received it back signed 27 days later on September 22, 2022! I'm thrilled to add this guy into my collection! Controversial may be, he was still fun to watch when I was a kid. Thank you Mr. Canseco for your time! 

 

Vance Law

I mailed this 1985 Topps baseball card to Vance Law on September 8, 2022 hoping for an autograph. Mr. Law was kind enough to do so and returned it very quickly! I received and added this to my collection on September 20, 2022. Big thanks to Mr. Law!!

Zane Smith

On September 7, 2022 I mailed Zane Smith a 1989 Fleer baseball card asking for his autograph. Mr. Smith signed and returned the card to me. I received it on September 15, 2022 for an 8 day turn around! Thank you Mr. Smith!

 

Jerry Don Gleaton

I mailed Jerry Don Gleaton a 1989 Fleer baseball card and he was gracious enough to sign and return it. I received it back 13 days later, on September 15, 2022. Thank you to Mr. Gleaton for adding to my autograph collection!

Warren Moon

 Thrilled to add Warren Moon into my autograph collection! I mailed this September 1991 Beckett Football Card Monthly magazine to Mr. Moon on August 26, 2022 and received it back signed and personalized on September 10, 2022 for a 15 day turn around! Warren was an elite Quarterback that played in the NFL until he was 44 years old. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006.

David Nied

 I mailed David Nied a 1993 Upper Deck bsaseball card on August 29, 2022. I received it back signed as requested 12 days later on September 10, 2022! The card is darker than I expected, however, glad to add him into my collection!

 I mailed this 1984 Topps card to Ron Hodges on August 30, 2022 and received it back signed on September 6, 2022 for a 7 day turn around! I always love adding autographs into my collection. It's a little extra special when it's a Mets card. Even more special that Mr. Hodges spent his entire MLB career with the Mets!

Bryn Smith

 I mailed a 1992 Fleer Ultra baseball card to Bryn Smith on August 9, 2022 and received it back on August 20, 2022 for an 11 day turn-around! 

Sid Bream

 This 1992 Upper Deck card was mailed to former Braves first baseman, Sid Bream on August 8, 2022 and returned 12 days later, August 20, 2022. Glad to have Mr. Bream added into my collection! On a another note, everytime I hear Sid Bream's name, I think of what my Dad used to say in the early 90's... "I scream, you scream, we all scream for Sid Bream!"

Damon Hollins

 Damon Hollins signed this 1994 Classic baseball card on Friday, August 19, 2022. Damon, a coach with the Kansas City Royals was at Tropicana field, for the Royals to play the Tampa Bay Rays. The Royals beat the Rays in extra innings.

Cal Eldred

 I met Cal Eldred on Friday August 19, 2022. Cal, the pitching coach for the Kansas City Royals, was at Tropicana Field to play the Tampa Bay Rays. Cal signed a 1993 Upper Deck baseball card prior to the game.

Jeff Montgomery

 Jeff Montgomery signed this 1993 Bowman baseball card prior to the start of a game between the visting Kansas City Royals and Tampa Bay Rays. Jeff, was preparing to do a pre-game show, as he announces games for the Royals, and was kind enough to sign for some fans moments before going on-air.

MJ Melendez

My son and I had the opportunity to meet MJ Melendez at Tropicana Field, on August 19, 2022 when the Kansas City Royals came to play the Tampa Bay Rays. The Royals wound up beating the Rays in extra innings and MJ recorded the final out by making a diving catch in left field! MJ signed a 2019 Bowman baseball card prior to the game.

 

Brady Singer

My son and I met Brady Singer at Tropicana Field after he pitched and beat the Tampa Bay Rays. I normally go to these games prepared with hopes of getting a few, and never really having an idea of who I might get out of what I bring. This time, I was pretty confident on meeting Brady Singer. Brady is from the Tampa Bay area, so I figured he'd be hanging around to see friends and family after the game. Sure enough, I was right! Brady singed this 2018 Bowman baseball card shortly after the game. Then shortly after that, my son was able to snap a picture with him as he was leaving the ballpark.

Bobby Witt Jr.

 My son and I met Bobby Witt Jr. on August 19, 2022 at Tropicana Field, 4 days after getting his father's autograph in the mail! Bobby signed this 2022 Bowman baseball card prior to the game against the home town Tampa Bay Rays. Bobby and the Royals wound up beating the Rays and he also hit a home run! Glad to add the son of a ball player into my collection... Especially when the son is one of the bright up and coming stars of Major League Baseball!

Bobby Witt

This 1993 Fleer Ultra baseball card was mailed out to Bobby Witt on August 5, 2022 and returned 10 days later on August 15, 2022. Big thanks to Mr. Witt!!

 I mailed this 1990 Leaf baseball card to Johnny Ray on August 5, 2022 and received it back signed on August 15, 2022 for a 10-day turn around! Nice to add stars from my childhood into my collection!

Charlie Hough

This 1992 Fleer Ultra card of Charlie Hough was mailed out to him on July 26, 2022 and was signed and was received signed on Saturday, August 13, 2022 for an 18 day turn around! Very happy to add this famous knucleball pitcher into my collection! 

Chris Donnels

 I mailed this 1992 Pinnacle baseball card to Chris Donnels on August 5, 2022 and received it back signed 8 days later on Saturday, August 13, 2022! It's exciting anytime I get an autograph in the mail, but it's even better when I add another Mets player into my collection!

Luis Gonzalez

 I met Luis Gonzalez as he was leaving Campbell Park in St. Petersburg, Florida on Tuesday afternoon, July 19, 2022. Luis was coaching a youth baseball camp hosted by Perfect Game. Luis signed a 1992 Fleer Ultra baseball card. My 11 year old son told Luis that he loved watching him hit the bloop single to walk off the 2001 World Series. I added, "I remember when you did that and I was actually alive when you did it, too!" So glad to finally have met Luis and have the opportunity to add his autograph into my collection!

Jorge Lopez

 My son and I met Jorge Lopez after the Orioles beat the Tampa Bay Rays 6-4 on July 16, 2022. As we were exiting the  ballpark at Tropicana Field, I spotted a group of people standing outside of Gate 7. Some were wearing Orioles jerseys with the name Lopez on the back. I assumed it was probably family members of the Orioles pitcher, Jorge. My son and I decided to wait. About 5 minutes later, he exited out of Gate 7 as well! We approached him after a few minutes of hugging and chit-chatting with his crew. We asked him for an autograph and he was more than willing! He looked at the 2016 Bowman rookie card and said, "Whoa! Back in the day!". He signed the cards and handed them back and thanked us! I replied, "So many players don't like signing for their fans anymore. Thank you for taking the time out for us!" One of the ladies in his group overheard  and gave an, 'Awwww'.  Very happy to add Jorge into my collection.

Robinson Chirinos

 I met Robinson Chirinos as he was exiting the visiting clubhouse at Tropicana Field on Saturday, July 16, 2022. Robinson's Baltimore Orioles just came off an 11th inning 6-4 win against the Tampa Bay Rays. As he was walking out to leave the ballpark, he signed this 2018 Topps baseball card. My son already has a card signed by Robinson, so it was nice to finally catch up to add him into my collection as well!
