I met Jeff Singer on Saturday March 23, 2019 at Carpenter Complex the Minor League training facility of the Philadelphia Phillies in Clearwater, Florida. Jeff signed a 2017 Grandstand Trading Cards card from the Clearwater Threshers team set.

Caleb Frare

Caleb Frare signed this 2016 Grandstand baseball card from the Tampa Yankees team set. Caleb signed this card on August 8, 2016 at Brighthouse Networks Field where the Tampa Yankees came to play the Clearwater Threshers. Caleb made his Major League debut with the Chicago White Sox in 2018.

Gookie Dawkins

Gookie Dawkins signed a 2002 Topps baseball card at Brighthouse Networks Field in Clearwater, Florida when the Daytona Tortugas came to play the Clearwater Threshers on June 26, 2016.

Norm Charlton

I met Norm Charlton in 1995 when he was on a rehab assignment in Clearwater, Florida with the Clearwater Phillies. Norm signed a 1992 Upper Deck baseball card.

Pete Alonso

My son and I drove down to Port St. Lucie, Florida on May 27, 2017 with the intention of getting an 8x10 picture signed by Yoenis Cespedes as he was rehabbing with the team. Yoenis, however wasn't there that day. Pete Alonso was the only autograph my son and I were able to obtain that day. Not a bad one to get! Pete is a big power hitting first baseman that truly impressed through-out his Minor League career and looks to make a big splash at the Big-League level!  Pete signed a 2016 Bowman baseball card just before the start of a game between the Clearwater Threshers and St. Lucie Mets.

On Saturday January 14, 2023, my son and I attended an event at Plant High School hosted by Pete Alonso called Battle For The Bay. A Home Run Derby, where Pete played in high school.

After the event, Pete came over and signed an 8x10 picture for my son and I!

The picture of Pete kissing his Home Run Derby champion trophy belongs to my son and the other was for me. My son and I usually stick to our strict rule of one autograph per player and never bothering them again, however, Pete is one of baseball's biggest stars, and we're huge Mets fans. My son and I wanted to have a picture we can frame and display on our walls.

Pete's autograph has changed slightly since we first met him back in 2017, but nonetheless, still very excited to have him in our collections!

Brandon Duckworth

I first met Brandon Duckworth in 1998 when he was pitching for the Clearwater Phillies. I was a clubhouse attendant at that time. I was finally able to get his autograph on March 16, 2019 as he was walking into Spectrum Field, the Spring Training home of the Philadelphia Phillies in Clearwater, Florida. Brandon is scouting for the New York Yankees. My brother, Dan advised me to bring a card of Brandon as he had seen him at several Phillies Spring Training games. Once again, my brother was right! As Brandon was signing my card, I mentioned, "I should've had your autograph a long time ago. I was your clubby when you played for the Clearwater Phillies." Brandon looked at me and said, "Holy shit, you're right!". It was pretty cool for him to actually recognize me after not seeing me since 1999. Brandon signed my 2002 Fleer Box Score baseball card.

Kyle Tucker

I met Kyle Tucker at Spectrum Field in Clearwater, Florida on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Kyle was about to board the Houston Astros team bus just after a Spring Training game against the Philadelphia Phillies. Kyle signed a 2017 Bowman baseball card.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr.

On March 16, 2019, I went to Spectrum Field in Clearwater, Florida to try and get some autographs as the Houston Astros had traveled to play a Spring Training game against the Philadelphia Phillies. My brother had advised me the day before to bring a card of Lourdes Gurriel, since his brother Yuli, plays for Houston. My brother was right! After the game, Lourdes was hanging outside in the parking lot waiting for his brother. Lourdes was kind enough to sign my 2017 Bowman baseball card. My son was lucky enough to get both Gurriel brothers, back to back. I didn't have a card of Yuli.

Clarke Schmidt

I met Clarke Schmidt on March 16, 2019 as the New York Yankees Minor League affiliates came to play a Spring Training game against the Phillies Minor League affiliates at Carpenter Complex in Clearwater, Florida. Clarke signed a 2017 Bowman baseball card.

Carlos Arroyo

I originally met Carlos Arroyo in 1994 when I started working for the Clearwater Phillies as a bat boy. I finally obtained a baseball card of his about 25 years later! Carlos signed a 1981 TCMA baseball card for me on March 16, 2019 as he was getting into his car about to drive to Tampa to coach a Minor League Spring Training game between the Phillies and the Yankees.

Gregori Rivero

I met Gregori Rivero during Minor League Spring Training at Carpenter Complex in Clearwater, Florida. Gregori signed a 2017 Williamsport Crosscutters team set card.

Nick Pivetta

I met Nick Pivetta at Carpenter Complex, the Minor League training facility for the Philadelphia Phillies during Spring Training on March 16, 2019. Nick was sitting down waiting his turn to take batting practice prior to a Spring Training game against the Houston Astros. I had asked Nick if he would sign an autograph for my son and I. Nick said he would after BP. A few minutes later, Nick came over and said, "I've got some time, I'll sign for you now". My son and I were thankful as we pulled out our 8x10 pictures. A random teenager walked over as Nick was signing the pictures. The teen said to him, "Can I have your batting gloves?" Nick looked at him with hesitation then said, "No. -Do I go to your house and ask you for things?"  I couldn't help but to laugh as the kid asked a stupid question... What answer was he expecting?
