Taylor Trammell

Taylor Trammel came over to sign autographs on the third base line at George M. Steinbrenner Field, just before a game between the Daytona Tortugas and the Tampa Tarpons on April 18, 2018. Taylor signed a 2016 Bowman baseball card.

I met Tyler Stephenson on April 18, 2018 at George M. Steinbrenner Field when the Daytona Tortugas, the class A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds came to play the Tampa Tarpons (Yankees). Tyler signed a 2016 Bowman baseball card.

Tony Santillan

I met Tony Santillan at George M. Steinbrenner Field on April 18, 2018 when the Daytona Tortugas, Class A advanced affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds came to play the Tampa Tarpons. Tony signed a 2017 Bowman's Best baseball card right before the game started.

Ryan Hendrix

 I met Ryan Hendrix at George M. Steinbrenner Field on April 18, 2018 when the Daytona Tortugas, the Class A advanced team for the Cincinnati Reds, came to play the Tampa Tarpons. Ryan signed a 2016 Bowman baseball card in the bullpen, moments after a the finish to a 12-0 loss. Thankfully, Ryan did not pitch in this game!

Gene Tenace

I first met Gene Tenace in 1994 during Spring Training at Dunedin Stadium when he was a coach with the Toronto Blue Jays. Gene signed a 1979 Topps baseball card. In 2009, I spotted Cito Gaston walking out of the Chic-A-Boom Room, a local bar located in downtown Dunedin, FL. I said hello to Mr. Gaston and as if I knew him, I introduced him to a friend of mine I was with by saying, "This is Cito Gaston, the first African-American manager to win a World Series, and he did it back to back in 1992 & 93!" Cito replied, "You're good!". I then said to the man standing next to Cito, "You look familiar, too." He shook my hand and said, "Gene Tenace". I then said, "Oh, Gene Tenace, 1973 World Series MVP!" He smiled and held up two fingers and said, "72".  I told them it was good to see them and wished them well as we shook hands and headed in our separate directions. Cito once again complimented my knowledge of baseball history!

Yuri Sanchez

I met Yuri Sanchez in 1994 at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium when he was playing for the Lakeland Tigers and they traveled to play the Clearwater Phillies in the Florida State League. Yuri signed a 1993 Classic Best baseball card.

J.J. Munoz

I first met J.J. Munoz at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in 1993 when he was playing for the Clearwater Phillies. J.J. signed a 1992 Fleer Pro Cards baseball card. I remember when I was a bat boy, walking into the Clearwater Phillies clubhouse, I believe in 1995, I saw J.J. sitting in the middle of the clubhouse talking with some players. I said to him, "Hey, I remember you! You're J.J. Munoz!" J.J. looked at me and quickly responded, "Do you have a sister?" Puzzled, I acknowledged "Yes." He answered back, "I didn't fuck her!"

Steve Noworyta

I first met Steve Noworyta in 1998 at Carpenter Complex, the Philadelphia Phillies Minor League training facility. My brother, Dan obtained his 1983 Fritsch Cards baseball card for my son and we had him sign it on March 20, 2016 also at Carpenter Complex!

Hank Webb

I met Hank Webb at Lansbrook Golf Club in Palm Harbor, FL in the mid 1990's. Hank signed a 1976 Topps baseball card.

Buck Martinez

I met Buck Martinez at Englebert Complex, the Toronto Blue Jays Minor League training facility in the early 90's. Buck signed my 1979 Topps baseball card.

Gene Clines

I met Gene Clines on February 11, 2017 at the Sarasota Kennel Club & One Eyed Jacks Poker Room in Sarasota, FL. Gene was signing autographs along with Steve Blass. Gene signed a 1975 Topps baseball card.

Doug Flynn

I met Doug Flynn on January 29, 2016 in Port St. Lucie, FL at the New York Mets Minor League training facility at First Data Field. Doug was participating in the Mets Fantasy Camp. Doug signed a 1983 Donruss baseball card.

Rich Folkers

I met Rich Folkers in the mid 90's at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in Clearwater, FL. Rich was the pitching coach for the St. Petersburg Cardinals. They came to play a Minor League baseball game against the Clearwater Phillies. Rich signed a 1974 Topps baseball card.

Mike Caldwell

My brother, Dan had mailed one card to Mike Caldwell requesting an autograph. Mike sent back 2 more signed cards to my brother. My brother gave my son and I the extras! On January 18, 2018 I received a signed 1977 Topps baseball card.

Bernie Carbo

I met Bernie Carbo at an autograph signing in St. Petersburg, FL at Tropicana Field, during the Ted Williams Hitters Hall of Fame Museum dinner on February 18, 2017. Bernie signed a 1980 Topps baseball card.

Tom Brown

On May 7, 2016 Tom Brown signed a 1980 TCMA baseball card for my son and I at Dunedin Stadium. Tom was the pitching coach for the Daytona Tortugas, the Advanced A-Ball team for the Cincinnati Reds. They were there to play the Dunedin Blue Jays.

Blaine Beatty

I met Blaine Beatty on March 16, 2017 at Buck O'Neil Baseball Complex, the Minor League training facility for the Baltimore Orioles, located in Sarasota, FL. Blaine signed a 1990 Upper Deck baseball card.

Jorge Alfaro

My son and I first met Jorge Alfaro on February 20, 2016 at Carpenter Complex, the Philadelphia Phillies Minor League training facility in Clearwater, FL.  Jorge signed a 2014 Bowman baseball card for me and a 2014 Topps Pro Debut card for my son. On March 22, 2016, we saw Jorge again. My son yelled out, "Hi Jorge!" Jorge waved and came over to where we were. He then gave my son his bat! My son and I came back the next day to have Jorge sign and personalize the bat with a silver paint pen!

Darren Daulton

I met Darren Daulton on April 20, 1995 at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium prior to a Spring Training night game against the Cincinnati Reds in Clearwater, Florida. I was the bat boy for the club that day and although I knew it was against the rules to ask for an autograph, I begged the clubhouse manager, Frank Coppenbarger to let me ask Darren for this one autograph. To my surprise, Frank agreed! I walked into the Phillies clubhouse with my Beckett Baseball Card Monthly magazine and a sharpie in hand. I approached Darren at his locker and asked him for an autograph. He agreed and was very friendly with me. I asked if he would personalize it to me. Gregg Jefferies, a teammate of his over heard and joked by saying, "Could you make it out 'With Love'?" Thankfully he ignored the comment! 

Dillon Gee

I met Dillon Gee at Dunedin Stadium on May 21, 2015. Dillon had just finished pitching for the St. Lucie Mets against the Dunedin Blue Jays on a rehab assignment. Dillon signed an 8x10 picture for me.

Merandy Gonzalez

I had originally missed out on meeting Merandy Gonzalez earlier in the 2017 season when he was with the St. Lucie Mets. He was team mates with Tim Tebow and getting autographs proved difficult that day as everybody was there to see the mega celebrity. Lucky for me, Merandy was later traded to the Miami Marlins organization and was placed at their advanced A-Ball team, the Jupiter Hammerheads. Just like the the St. Lucie Mets, also in the Florida State League. I finally caught up with Merandy on August 26, 2017 after a game at Lecom Park in Bradenton, FL, the home of the Bradenton Marauders. Merandy signed an 8x10 picture for me as he was waiting with other team mates for an Uber ride.

Anthony Alford

I met Anthony Alford on April 1, 2016 at Englebert Complex, the Toronto Blue Jays Minor League training facility in Dunedin, FL. Anthony signed an 8x10 picture for me as he was finishing a camp day towards the end of Minor League Spring Training.

Conner Greene

I met Conner Greene at the end of Minor League Spring Training on April 3, 2016 at Englebert Complex, the Toronto Blue Jays Minor League training facility. Conner signed an 8x10 picture for my son and I. Conner was recently traded to the St. Louis Cardinals organization. I believe the Cards may have found a future ace!

Estevan Florial

Estevan Florial signed an 8x10 picture for me at Dunedin Stadium, when the Tampa Yankees came to play the Dunedin Blue Jays on August 25, 2017.

Phil Bickford

I met Phil Bickford at George M. Steinbrenner Field on August 27, 2016 when the Brevard County Manatees came to play the Tampa Yankees. Phil signed an 8x10 picture just before the game started.

Troy Tulowitzki

I met Troy Tulowitzki on June 12, 2016 at Englebert Complex, the Toronto Blue Jays Minor League training facility. Troy was there to rehab an injury and had just finished taking batting practice when he walked over to my son and I to sign an 8x10 picture for me as well as a 2015 Topps baseball card for my son.

Cole Tucker

I met Cole Tucker on July 2, 2016 at McKechnie Field just before the start of a Bradenton Marauders home game. Cole comes across as one of the more fan friendly players coming up in today's game, signed an 8x10 picture.

Gleyber Torres

I met Gleyber Torres on August 8, 2016 at Brighthouse Networks Field when the Tampa Yankees came to play the Clearwater Threshers. Gleyber was kind enough to sign an 8x10 picture for my son and I. Gleyber also posed for a picture with my son!

Dillon Tate

Dillon Tate was kind enough to sign an 8x10 picture for me at George M. Steinbrenner Field after the end of a Tampa Yankees home game on July 4, 2017. Very happy to add Dillon into my autograph collection!

Dwight Smith Jr.

I met Dwight Smith Jr. at Englebert Complex, the Toronto Blue Jays Minor League training facility on March 17, 2017 during Minor League Spring Training. I had asked Dwight to personalize an 8x10 picture for me. He was kind enough to do so!

Nick Senzel

I met Nick Senzel at George M. Steinbrenner Field on April 29, 2017 when the Daytona Tortugas (Class A Advanced for the Cincinnati Reds) came to play the Tampa Yankees. Nick was hesitant to sign my 8x10 picture at first. When I asked him after the game for his autograph, he said to me, "Didn't I sign for you already?" I assured him he hadn't.... However, he did sign a picture for my son the night before, so that may have been why I looked familiar to him. Thankfully, he did sign the picture and I am proud to add him into my growing collection. Thank you Nick!

Cody Ponce

I met Cody Ponce at George M. Steinbrenner Field on August 27, 2016 when the Brevard County Manatees came to play the Tampa Yankees. Cody signed an 8x10 picture for me moments after the game had ended.

Freddy Peralta

I met Freddy Peralta on August 27, 2016 at George M. Steinbrenner Field, when the Brevard County Manatees came to play the Tampa Yankees. Freddy signed an 8x10 picture moments after the end of the game.

Andres Gimenez

My son and I met Andres Gimenez on April 7, 2018 when the St. Lucie Mets came to play the Bradenton Marauders in their home opener. Andres signed an 8x10 picture for my son and I right after batting practice. A short while later, Andres tossed a baseball to my son, for showing off his Mets uniform! Andres then posed for a picture with my son before the start of the game following a short rain delay.

Desmond Lindsay

My son and I met Desmond Lindsay on April 7, 2018 when the St. Lucie Mets came to play the Bradenton Marauders in their home opener. Desmond signed an 8x10 picture for my son and I right after batting practice. A short while later, Desmond posed for a picture with my son before the start of the game following a short rain delay.

Luis Carpio

Luis Carpio signed this 8x10 picture outside of the visiting clubhouse at Lecom Park on April 7, 2018. Luis had traveled with the St. Lucie Mets to play the Bradenton Marauders in their home opener.

Brooks Robinson

On May 15, 2017, I mailed these two 8x10 pictures to Brooks Robinson and requested each to be signed and personalized. I had placed a sticky note on each picture requesting one to be made out to my son and the other to me. On May 22, 2017, I received them both in the mail and was impressed with how they both came out! My son and I are very happy to add one of the greatest 3rd baseman of all time and 1983 Hall of Fame inductee into our collections!
