I met Cal Ripken Jr. on March 4, 1994 at Dunedin Stadium during the Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training, home opener. I was selected from the stands to be the bat boy for the day. I remember sitting in the dugout talking with Cal and asking if he would sign an 8x10 picture for me after the game. Cal informed me he would be leaving after the 4th inning. I was able to get this signed before he left for the day!
