Jim Bullinger
I met Jim Bullinger at Tropicana Field during the Tampa Bay Rays Fan Fest on February 10, 2018. Jim was signing autographs along with several other alumni from Major League Baseball. Jim signed a 1993 Upper Deck baseball card.
