I met Bruce Ruffin at Carpenter Complex, the Minor League training facility for the Philadelphia Phillies in Clearwater, Florida in January, 2006. Bruce was participating as a coach during the Phillies Phantasy Camp. I was one of the clubhouse attendants during this period. Bruce signed a 1993 Upper Deck baseball card inside the coaches clubhouse room.
